No Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please read this No Refund Policy carefully before completing any transaction.

1. All Sales/ Treatments Are Final

All purchases made through By Talisa Aesthetics are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Products/Services

This policy applies to all products and services offered, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses

  • Consulting or service fees

  • Services needing a pescription

  • Subscriptions or memberships

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be provided only where required by applicable law or in cases where:

  • A duplicate payment has been made in error.

  • A product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue.(not including pescription items where investigations will take place and if appropriate a replacement will be issued)

4. Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges:

  • They have reviewed all product/service descriptions.

  • They understand this No Refund Policy.

  • They agree not to dispute or charge back payments without legitimate cause.
